KO Classic Gin & Tonic

Refreshingly simple, this cocktail pairs our signature KO Classic Gin with our specially crafted tonic water. The crisp citrus garnish and peppery kick enhance the botanicals of our craft gin.

Ingredients

  • 60ml KO Classic Gin
  • 100ml KO Classic Tonic Water
  • 1 dehydrated orange wheel, for garnish
  • Black pepper, finely ground, for garnish

Directions

  • Fill a rocks glass ¾  with ice cubes.
  • Pour in 60ml of KO Classic Gin.
  • Top up with 100ml of KO Classic Tonic Water.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel and grind fresh black pepper over the top.

Tips

  • Use plenty of ice for optimal chilling.
  • Adjust gin-to-tonic ratio to taste preferences.
  • Gently rub the orange wheel around the rim before dropping it in.
  • For an extra punch of flavour, add more cracked black pepper.
